Although Paul has great scenery throughout all his video productions there is no way this can give you a great workout at home.
it is a very confusing screen to follow, he sometimes stops his bike and when he does you don’t know what to do..
This will NOT give you the workout that a spinerval dvd does.
I have yet to get my heartrate up to 85% of my max.. The gear display he has is too confusing and the speeds will not get you to where you want to be.
If you are just looking for a tape with great scenery this is a good tape to have BUT if you are also looking for a great workout save your money

Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R1ILSFMZEC3BEV This spectacular ride begins in Downtown Evergreen (after a quick 50 mph descent) and follows Upper Bear Creek road. This winding road, along a delightful stream through an enchanted forest, is bordered by hand-built native rock walls that open to meadows with extraordinary views of majestic Mt. Evans. The tour loops up Stagecoach road, where the climb really begins and then descends back into Downtown Evergreen. This is a tough ride that focuses on overall endurance with sustained anaerobic levels.

I watch this video even when I’m not training, super scenery. I also am motivated to climb on my bike after watching for a while.
