I think the flexing has to do with the blood flow. It’s like making ur abs hard when ur doing sit ups.

so your tricep is roughly 60 percent of your arm your saying? i’d say thats about right if you ask me its a 2:1 ratio tri vs bi mass
i understand bicep is about 33 percent of the arm but yours looks under developed compared to your tricep
