I’m 15, 6’2 180 pounds and I’m going it. I dont seen why you couldnt. Im sticking with the classic workout cause im not over weight i just wanna get ripped. But diet wise, I cut out all junk food. And im eating 3 meals a day. And I cut out soda, and mostly all sugars. I’m already seeing results on day 28. Stick with it.
hey what was your diet like when u first started man? Also did u take any supplements? recovery drink? Which version of p90x did you complete? I’m doing the lean version right now
I was looking for a big guy like myself to see if I could do this program. I just ordered it online and I am roughly 6’4″ and about 305lbs. Hopefully I will post up a video without all of the cool editing. Plus I don’t really have someone to take the pics but hopefully I will be able to keep it consistent. Great job and keep it up!

I have had p90 for a while but never did anything with it just sits there im a lazy ass never get past day 4. Do you do the food part of p90 or just the workout?

It’s extremely unlikely (and probably unhealthy) to try and lose about 60 pounds in 90 days.
im 5’5 and 236 pounds do you think i can get to atleast 170 in 90 days??
if you workout hard enough you will have a great body
it will get extremly easy after week two, stay commited and try to do doubles after you finsh this workout, it really is hard but sure damn worth it
