  • dgk990 says:

  • rockwarnick says:

  • calculatethis says:

…wait a minute…so working out and eating right gives you results?! wow! who would of ever thought of that one, damn this vibrating ab belt and Atkins book!!!! …idiots

  • Skiddla says:

    your a fag haha

  • bwhit11 says:

that doesnt matter. cause the program works so that even if at first you suck as you go through it you get better at all the stuff. youre gaining strength so by then end youll be pro at it all.

  • latinocoolguy83 says:

But like..what if you cant do all those extreme exercises…like I cant do a pull up to save my life..and I workout regurlarly..it looks intimidating to be honest bro.

  • ChristonianA says:

exactly then it becomes your daily routine

  • oxblood says:

Haha its funny when people say like OH this doesnt work. Of course it works… because, I’m no scientist but… If you work out you get buff eventually. This program just provides support and structure.

  • rinkerall says:

    mmmmmmmmmmmmmm health crack

  • jabmalassie says:

I think what he does is quite simple but he provides structure. The idea is you don’t need any fancy equipment all you need is a bar and some dumbells. It is alot different than bodybuilding. It is conditioning.

  • ChristonianA says:

there is a new maintenance schedule for P90X+ but i dont know if they ever was one for P90X. they say you can keep your results for 2months with healthy eating before you have to go intense again thats why its a good workout right before summer. Also once you complete it, it becomes more part of your life like i was a computer geek no muscle and thought i would try out P90. i completed P90 then went on 2 full P90X and now im on my 2nd week of P90X+

90*3=270+14=284 from 0 days ever working out

  • novice8814 says:

P90X seems really great. After 90 days of following the program the results are phenominal. I know people who follow diets and look great. After they reach their goal something happens. And it’s not good. What does P90X have to offer after the desired results? Is there a follow up program to maintain the results? Or is it a slippery slide back to flabdom?

  • legoman87 says:

But the truth is if you push yourself to the limit without any supplement, you will see results after time. Supplements get you mentally pumped as well as physically, but that mental state can make a person believe that success comes through supplements only.

  • ChristonianA says:

this is what i got when i just started but i dont need it now lol im going onto p90x+ coming in this week

  • theuppercut says:

the thing i dont understand is i can do everything, the plymetrics the crazy looking pushups such as alligators, spidermans, rock climbers and stuff like that but i cannot do a pullup, do they have an alternative if you cant do a pullup without assistance?

  • 26147 says:

dude ur a fu*king idiot! this is now the no 1 program in the States.. look at all the before and after pictures and then tell me if “its not that great” i bet ur just some fat dude who cant be disciplined enough to do this!

  • sarge777 says:

well, i really dont want to upload anything right now. but i did get the how to bring it video from isohunt. all the P90X stuff came in one download. all the worksheets and videos (yes there are worksheets to record workouts). but your not missing much. its just telling you when an what workouts to do, and it talks a little about nutrition and supplements. also, try these different torrent sites
    piratebay (dot) org
    youtorrent (dot) com

  • Prodigalozzy says:

Hey Sarge… 1st of all, which site do u usually seek your torrents at? Isohunt? Cause I’ve been trying to get some of the P90X stuff and I haven’t found what I’m missing. I already have the 12 workouts (AVI format) but I really want the HOW TO BRING IT video and the rest of the stuff (nutrition planning, calendar, etc.) and I can only find the whole set (44GB) and my PC doesn’t have enough HD space, could you please upload the stuff that’s not the 12 workouts & let me know? TY

  • Prodigalozzy says:

“Muscle Confusion” is just another way of saying that, if you keep doing the same workout every single day, you’ll eventually hit a plateau, so you gotta mix things up by changing workouts, changing exercises, or even changing the order and day in which you train, that way you’ll get past your plateau and continue achieving your goals, and THAT is scientifically proved.

  • rulzwrld says:

I trie p90x yoga and its wonderful , i dont generally buy stuff ( one in blue moon ) first i download dem and then buy , beleive me i can show u results and i like the way tht guy inspires you to do more and more

  • sarge777 says:

you have to torrent it. i dont really want to go into explaining it. if you really want it, message me

  • DRsTeen54 says:

my cuzin did this last year and now (no homo) he looks sooooo much sexier than before… his arms are huge and his abs are great.. however he used N.O. Xplode, cellmass and Lipo 6… I thought that was too much but he looks good!! The only thing i dont like about this is that “muscle confusion” crap… they haven’t actually scientifically proven that its true
