    umm if you want size, include alot of protein in ur diet, carbs are used for energy. If you eat carbs and your not active then the carbs will be stored as fat, so you can have tons of carbs just workout alot and it wont help you in size , protein will, you will just have amazing energy levels.

    Personally I think steel cut oats are the healthiest. Takes about 35 minutes to cook, but I just make a whole bunch for the week and refrigerate it. Quick oatmeal is deffinately NOT the way to go.

    Alright, I’m really trying to follow the nutrition guide word for word, but I’m a bit confused…

    I already know my level, but do i stick with one stage..mix it up..or go in order ( phase 1, 2, then 3)? helppppppp!

    Carbs is the main source of energy. Eat as many carbs you need. Protein is the thing why people are so overweight. You dont need any extra dead muscle on your body. you can get enough protein from regular plant foods. Youll maintain your weight and losse weight.

    Nice video. I haven’t ate oatmeal in a while(years 2b exact). Almost forget how it taste. Which oatmeal brand do you buy? I’m going to give that a try. I like variety in my meals.

    You really are eating a lot of carbs, lots of sugar from your fruits + the orange juice (which has a lot of sugar).

    I know you’re trying to grow, but make sure you consume enough protein as well.

    You have any ideas how many grams of protein your diet is made up of?

    I do want to try the Shakeology but right now i lost 20 pounds and shed most of the fat i had so i’m going to start round 2 soon and concentrate on gaining some mass. Everything i have read about the shakeology is great though so i will eventually get some.

    will it affect you if you eat more protein during cardio days? cause im just following the fat shreddar diet plan. I just jog in the morning just for extra cardio.

    nice man, if ur trying to gain weight and muscle then syntha-6 is good. Shakeology is more of a healthy drink that will just make you feel AMAZING. Not really a weight gainer or a weight loss drink

    exactly , on my cardio days i take in more carbs vs. protein , and on my weight lifting days i take in more protein

    Nice video man, im just finishing up round 1 of p90x. I got great results. My diet is very similiar to what you eat. I love oatmeal and fruit, almost every day i will eat a bowl of oatmeal with a banana.

    As far as my shake goes, i havent tried the shakeology but i would like to. I use Syntha-6 chocolate protein and blend it with a scoop of peanut butter and a banana and that alone is about 500-600cals. Great for a meal replacement shake.
