Leg Exercises- Explanation of Stiff Leg Deadlifts- Reno Fitness Trainer
If you want your butt round, firm, rock hard, & lifted… and if you want your hamstrings tight, lean, & fulll… then these are the exercises that will do that! This video explains how to do 2 different versions of Stiff Leg Deadlifts. Rounded back, Bottom half version and the Flat back, Top half version. Both are excellent exercises and will help make your glutes and hamstrings rock hard. ***NOTE*** If you have a bad or weak lower back you might not want to do these exercises. Yes, I am for real. As it says in the beginning of the video… if you have a weak or bad lower back they might not be good for you to do.

Look up Bob Peoples and see how he does deadlifts. He had the deadlift record for a very long time.
