    Yah, this exercise is really cool! I actually saw it on one of the DVDs I own by John Gray. I practice this routine almost everyday and it works great!!

    I learned this and also have a glass of lemon water each morning…the BEST way to start the day!! :)

    How wonderful. The simplicity of it!
    I can use this in so many ways.
    It seems so important for the lymph system, since it has no pump to move fluids around.
    It seems like the bounce and shake would really stimulate the lymph system and help to cleanse the lymph nodes!
