    The recomended elevated heart rate zone in which your heart needs to be in order for your body to burn calories, I’m 19 lets say 20 years young. The american Heart Association recomends for my age. 20 years 100170 beats per minute beeing my target heart rate zone (I’m Loosing Fat at this rate) 200 beats per minute beeing my maximum heart rate.     spot reduce is loose weight in a certain are, tone is build/tone muscle in a certain area. When you loose weight you loose is all over, you can just loose weight in one spot like your thighs or stomach, but you loose a bit everywhere, but spot tone is you can tone just one muscle group, like just abs or just calves, or just quads, etc.

    you cant do this everyday you need to change. like some days you just do cardio, comde days this (circuit) and you need to also change the circuit exersises. and somedays weights.
    but you need to rest 1-4 times a week. so if you do this and rest for about 1-4 times a week , probably after 2-3 weeks. :)
