@hitmewhileyoucan1 That is so awesome. Stick to it. It’s hard when you get out of the routine even just a little. However, Once you get back in you are back in. Keep pressing play. I needed your encouragement myself today. Busy life had gotten a hold of me yet again.
it was so good seeing your video… im first week of second phase. and ive been in california for a week and i stopped. you have no idea how much i need it and how bad i feel im like addicted! never been so exited about the results in any exersise

I think this is a another money maker. Sure its all good when someones YELLING at you, get by yourself with Ice Cream, Oreal Cookies, Eggs Bacon and you will never put the cd in the player. The honeymoon on this will last about 2-3 weeks then it will get borring just like a Gym Membership and you will stop doing it. Check ebay out probably a bunch of used cd up for sale

i just finished my first day! OMG the ab ribber x destroyed me WOHOOOO!!!! Im not even fat or out of shape but that was hard as hell!

Even just 30 days, your health level went straight to the roof. I haven’t seen anything like that, I mean the resting heartrate and blood pressure is just from a totally different person. Amazing.

@BosnaForever16 One thing that you must consider is that lifting weights leads to weight GAIN since muscle is more dense than fat. Dieting and lifting weights may lead to a weight loss depending on your body mass index at t5he start. You will be able to lift more weights if you add cardio. Your heart and lungs need to be healthy to keep up with the workouts.
