The definition of Religion is something that you do almost everyday. What is this chick’s religion? 1. Fitness 2. Healthy Eating 3. Youtubing (teaching) and 4. of course showing off her sexiness(results) with a little bit of cleavage to get your attention (of course sex sells). This chick knows whats she is doing. She knows how to cure your Attention Deficit Disorder, hence her cleavage, so she actually is helping you out = win – win situation =-]

    Vegetarian food and protein 101.
In order to have the full complement of amino acids in a vegetarian diet/dish you need to combine:
    Grains and Legumes or
Grains plus Nuts or Seeds or
Legumes plus Nuts or Seeds or
    Legumes plus Dairy products.
Here she uses chick peas, they are a legume, add the above,( cumin seeds don’t count as they are a spice not a bulk ingredient).
Also don’t use dried basil, eww, use fresh corriander leaf, much better taste in this dish.
