  • 7xxGUITARGUYxx7 says:

    great results man. i also have a question for you. what did workout did you use the classic, lean, or doubles.?

  • DJUnionX says:

    And when should I expect to see first results?

  • DJUnionX says:

    @scal11083 …Like creatine in the morning,protein powder in the evening and after the exercises?When should I take the multivitamins?Should I combine all of this right after the exercise?Sorry for asking this much man…Thanks ahead.

  • DJUnionX says:

    @scal11083 Thanks…I did chest/Back and now I’m on my day 4 and I can’t do even one push-up…I am that sore right now.’m going to base my nutrition on fruit,veggies,toast bread,eggs(should I eat them raw or fried?),chicken,milk and protein powder…When should I eat these groceries (what to combine in the morning,what for a snack,lunch,dinner?)And if I buy creatine and multivitamins,should I take creatine mixed with protein,or should I take them separately (like creatine in the moring)?…

  • DJUnionX says:

    @P90XDoubles Thanks…

  • scal11083 says:

    @miketoriant : Thanks dude!

  • scal11083 says:

    @shiney551 : Consult your physician before starting this program at your age.

  • scal11083 says:

    @RockBrent : Uh…thanks? haha I don’t know if that is such a good thing

  • scal11083 says:

    @DJUnionX : The first week was pretty brutal. I was more sore then I had ever been in my life. I modified the things I couldn’t do till I got stronger and was able to do them. Feel free to do as much as you can. But try to really bring the intensity with what you are doing. Some of these workouts like Chest/Back needs to have a certain pace. Make sure you save some energy for the second round.

    It get easier as you get stronger. Keep it up!

    @pimpr90 : epic win? haha thanks

  • scal11083 says:

    @shiney551 : If you watch the whole video you will see day 90 results.

  • scal11083 says:

    @1414hayward Yes I would try to shoot for 3000 calories but try to keep your ratios according to the guide. check out my blog for other tips getrippedathome(dot)com

    @darknessfallsintime : Thanks man

  • P90XDoubles says:

    @DJUnionX

    Hey that happened to me too… I just did Chest and Back again for week two yesterday and it was a bit easier. The key is to really pace yourself so you find yourself really digging deep towards the end of the video. You don’t need to destroy yourself on the first half just get working. The more sore you are the more results you’re going to see. Remember the first couple weeks are the hardest. I also usually wait before doing Ab Ripper X… I take a shower or something.

    @NUCLEARxFALLOUT

    I’m 17 and I’m doing it right now just fine.

  • shiney551 says:

    can a 13 year old use p90x?

  • scal11083 says:

    @spicyguy : Vegans tend to eat a very high carb diet. You need to try to get enough protein and amino acids while doing a program like P90X. You won’t use a whey protein uh? Try buying a amino acid supplement and get 1gram of protein per lb of body weight.

  • scal11083 says:

    @NUCLEARxFALLOUT : 17 is old enough in my opinion but consult your doctor if you want to find out for sure.

  • scal11083 says:

    @temporalron : I would recommend you use the “fat Shredder” phase of the P90X nutrition guide. keep your ratios around 50p/30c/20f

  • scal11083 says:

    @MrJaimii : P90X is a 12 dvd fitness program designed to be done at home. All you need is a pull up bar and a set of dumbells or resistance bands. It totally changed the way I think about health/fitness.

  • scal11083 says:

    @1992marshmallow : I definitely didn’t consider my self big at all. P90X is not designed to be a “Mass Gainign” program but you definitely can achieve that with it. I have a post all about it on my blog getrippedathome(dot)com , check it out and let me know what you think.
