THANKU SOO MUCH. im 13 and i use to be a size 0 but when my grandma(who i was very close to) died when i was in 5th grade. thats when i found out i was an emotional eater. i went up 5 sizes that year and got really unhealthy. im healthy now but still out of shape. and thats why im soo happy i found this video. Thanks sooo much
its so sad to see all these comments from young girls who probably have unhealthy body image..at 11 and even 16 you should just have fun and not have to worry so much about these things

Just adding a tip here for those who want to try it. besides working out, it is said that eating healthier helps alot. I don’t make enough money to get all healthy food so I mainly live off of ramen and frozen dinners. what helps me clean my system and trust me it will make you feel so much better, I drink some green tea(lipton green tea) with honey. I Just buy the tea bags and instead of putting sugar in it to sweeten it I add a little bit of honey. I hope this helps those who try it.
@bubblezgirl26 im 13 and im 122 i have huge thighs and i am watching this video because i need to lose it asap and i have a lot of stretch marks because im hispanic and no not cuz i was pregnant but i want to look terrific before high school (freshman year)

@melthecoolmoose well i drank alot of water and STAYED AWAY from fats and high calories or cholesterol.
try eating foods that are healthy, and check for alot of fiber in there. also work out EVERYDAY until you sweat….alot. try the exercises you’ll find online. i know it sounds annoying but this is the only thing that woked for me. i got out of a 42 to a 38(i’m tall so this is normal), and i’m heading for a 34(want me sum skinny jeans
