  • GuitarsAndMolotovs says:

  • andrew4773 says:

    @chewbacca520 I recommend you guys this brand of peanut butter. it has 0 gr of trans fat, only 11 grams of fat and 10 grams of protein. the brand is called NATURALLY MORE, you can google it if you want to know more about it, I use and it tastes great!! and since I can find it in my local wal-mart it’s pretty easy to find.

  • oatmealpizza4u says:

    use a whole cup of oats son

  • chewbacca520 says:

    @samurphy healthier fat thats a for sure, but that would be really interesting, have you ever bought a peanut butter which doesnt have like a list of ingredients? just sinmple “peanut” and several ingridients? compare that nutrition fact to the ones you buying

    @chewbacca520 Welll.. Peanut Butter is healthier fat than bacon fat, for sure. But it doesn’t mean it’s processed to be reduced fat. You can make reduced fat peanut butter at home if you buy real “NATURAL” peanut butter. Let it sit at room temp for a few hours, and the oil will separate out and surface. You can pour this oil off if you want the protein and flavor but not all the fat.

    @DonDrummer you idiot your body is going to absorb absolutely everything you eat in the morning because its been in a catabolic state for so long. sure its going to burn it out. so you must have a BIG and HEALTHY breakfast. by that i don’t mean low carb high protein. this is perfect.

  • truegwbfan says:

    @40z2freeDom1 you take whey protein?

  • aNonnyMooseOne says:

    @feiteng …and more SUGAR! bleh!

  • lowmyco says:

    you can throw all that in the blender and it tast much better.
    I usualy have 1 scoop vanilla protien,1/2 cup oats,half a banana and a teaspoon of peanut butter.16 ounces of cold water.I even throw in a teaspoon of coffee in there sometimes.

  • lowmyco says:

    @feiteng Peanut butter is perfect in the morning before you work out fellas.

  • chewbacca520 says:

    reduced fat in peanut does not make sense (it means one of the ingredients is processed, guys remember if something is reduced, it means some other nutrient is processed) , the most important macro nutrient in peanut butter is all about the healthy fat, reduced fat is like reduced carbohydrate on a fruit or reduced protein on meats

  • Jacobomo says:

    body fortress is pretty low quality

  • jesusbarrientos says:

    @PanKrato but the fat in peanut butter is whats good for u so if u use reduced fat thats just stupid

  • PanKrato says:

    Oat meal is AWESOME

  • PanKrato says:

    @feiteng
    That depends. Just read the label – if there’s more “trans fat” in there than in the non-reduced fat peanut butter, then yes. But not all “Reduced fat peanut butter” has trans fats.

    Read the Label people! Don’t deal in absolutes please.
