Sugary foods/drinks actually make me feel worse. I don’t really have a sweet tooth, i guess.
Energy drinks are bad for you. there is nothing good about them.

Sarah… this is nothing but a moving version of the yoga pose – downward facing dog… the actual release happen at that exact point of downdog. Other movement do not release the hormone and are just to stretch other parts. But really, downward facing dog creates a postive energy.

I used to eat sugary foods a lot to boost my mood, but I don’t anymore. I don’t really know what I do now..I do like napping but not to boost my mood. x]

i actually exercise to boost my mood. I never feel like i need an energy boost though i guess i have enough of it lol but when i’m in a bad mood or something i exercise and it helps me feel better.
Last week and the month and half before, I really took to sleeping every day for an hour or two. I don’t think it was to make me happier though, just to escape the stress and stuff that was literally surrounding me. While I know exercise can relieve some of that stress, it doesn’t prevent me from thinking about my problems…

This is my personal one, but there isn’t much on here … yet! I work too much to edit on my down time, I like to relax and not look at computers, but I do have a ton of footage from a recent trip to vegas I hope to edit soon. It’s def not diethealth approved though… ha
hey, it wouldn’t have been an option if we didn’t think people did it – I used to bring pixie sticks before my HS Varsity soccer games and give them to all my teammates… worst of all, I was the captain setting the example, sheesh!
