My uncle was 390 pounds, and in 4 rounds of p90x he dropped to 199 pounds. He’s a beast, and he’s lending me the p90x, i’m kind of afraid of the workouts since im a little out of shape…
“Plank to Chaturunga Run.” It still is the worst for me, but I love it…X-style, baby!!
this is my least favorite of the series.. i’d rather do back to back sessions of plyo than this.. i dunno why, it’s annoying
