thats a great workout for beginers but im hardcore i lift 6 days a week and take protein creatine and amino acid

No, in my opinion, you shouldn’t work the same muscle if it is sore. Example: if your chest is sore, you shouldn’t work it, but you could work back or legs.

It depends on what workouts you are talking about. The bootcamp type workouts can be done ever other day or every 3 days as long as you’re not sore.

Yes… it does. And yes… you will probably want to use more weight. You want to use a weight that will challenge you and start feeling hard to lift around the 30 reps or so, that way you are working harder for the last 20 reps. It shouldn’t be too easy to get to the 50 reps. If it is… then you need to go heavier.

You could maybe try 20 or 25 lbs. and see how that goes. Results vary on the person and how challenging you are making the workout.
You should notice more tone in your muscles in about a month or so.

Hi im 15 and my arms are 15 inches i have decent mass i just really want to tone up so how soon will i see results if i try this and if i usually do 3 sets of 10 at 70 pounds how much weight should i use?

uhmm what weight for the barbell curls would you reccomend for somone wh on average workout curls 25 pounds about 25-8 each rep?
hows your nutrition? scooby says – food mustnt taste good – it just has to give your body the amount of calories (vitamines proteines etc) it needs and thats enough – no sugar no salt no fat – everything minimized to the lowest level –> for example oats with water in the microwave. sorry for my bad english – i am german
actually 300s are nothing for me-i prefer a normal 3-split workout with 10-15 reps per set.
You can put your feet on the floor instead of a ball and they will still work great for your hamstrings.
I don’t know if that particular exercise will make your abs harder, but I do have some clips on my channel that will help that.
And Actually the Plank rows on this clip is great for the core!!!
hey for the floor hams could you put your feet on the wall or a side of a desk and i am trying really hard for a six pack and will this help to make them harder?

I agree, these wokouts are a nice change from bodybuilding type workouts. I took me a little while to even give them a try, but I’m glad I did. I’ve been training a few clients like this for awhile and they have all gotten great results. One guy has lost 98 lbs. and his arms are very toned and muscular!
Well, I gave it a GO this morning…. and it felt GREAT! Mind you, I was unable to do 50 reps for each exercise, but I did manage to 30reps each one (plus I added 30 lunges w/weights to finish it off… out of guilt? lol, maybe? dunno). But I do know that it is sure a refreshing change to my previous routine, so I think I will continue with this 1 for at least another 4-6 wks & see if I am pleased with the results. Plus, I am determined to at least make it to the 50 reps for each exercise!!!
