These exercises are for toning, not real cardio. if you want to burn fat & lose weight or maintain weight, you have to get your heart rate up high enough. Buy a heart rate monitor, honestly its one of the best things Ive ever bought! Its the most accurate way to know how many calories you’re burning, too.
