    with 10 hours of exercise a day, can you change you body in 2 weeks..only eating eggs and greens and fruits?what exercise is the best to drop weight fast?

    i got the bikini body boot camp……and it kicked my ass good. but it works. you will feel it in 5 minutes. there are three parts to it. aerobics, weight lifting aerobics,and ….combination. GET THE DVD
