Fitness expert and master/protrainer Julie Wilkes offers a quick, simple and effective 3-exercise-based workout that takes minutes a day, works upper body, lower body and core and can be done just about anywhere! A great option when you are traveling, can’t get to the gym or are just starting to get back into a workout routine!
