    ummm, you can do anything these days… it doesnt matter what your born with or your “GENETICS” if your a body builder like me, you can basically alter ANYTHING on your body, it just takes time and effort. dont listen to those low lifes who want to make you depressed about yourself.. you CAN change everything and anything.

    A- ass (all things considered)

    -U can firm your ass, but not really make it small. this will shave some inches off, but u cant go from a 40″ to a 32″ without losing a ton of weight

    Genetics are genetics and you can’t do anything about that(If you always had a big butt…then your going to have a big butt) You can give kettlebell deadlifts a try(you can do it with a dumbell also) when you master the form on that then you can progress to kettlebell swings.The main thing is to reduce the weight with what ever glute exercise your doing because the more weight you use the more muscle fiber you recruit(which makes them even BIGGER! Hope that helps.

    I wanna ask ,funkman70, I have genetically bigger quads and calfs and there for bigger glutes, I can lift great weights with the legs but I want to diminish my glute so I’m in search of the best exersises to help me achieve my goal …..any suggestions because I’m opened to ideas?….
