its not that hes fat i just think hes just kind of stocky and hes not flexing but yea it kinda seems that way

It was just an example. Could of used some more diversity in the exercises hes showed. I been using the body transformation workouts at vastmuscle (.com) and its been good so far… now thats whats up

although the exercises are relevant.
This should be more like a 5 or 6 minute workout, but he sped through it (sacrificing form a bit) to make it shorter. Take your time though.. Form is most important

Yeah I noticed that hes like throwing his dumbbells. He should slow down. But im gonna try his workout!!
i started bodybuilding about 8 months ago. and i do some of this workout, the hammer curls at the beginning of the video work to get mass if you use a lot of weight. but still mix up your bicep work outs and if your doing concentration curls and you want big biceps when you curl to your chest turn your wrist away from your body to peak your bicep than back down.

ok so i v been working out for while but lately and i got bigger but lately it seems iv gotten smaller and iv been working out intensky it is realy pissing me off that v gotten smaller even though im still working out

he is doing this very sadly he is throwing them and just letting gravity do most of the work… GOO SLOW!!

WOW THX! this has already given me improvement in the first few days. O ya and one suggestion when you do curls try bringing them up further, just an idea
