    I was sorry I purchased this product. I thought I was getting a video, and it turns out to be exercises on cards, which I don’t do well with. It’s too bad the explanation wasn’t clear.

    This is a good tool for workouts at home, not very practical for the gym since you can’t take the box with you to the gym, it has several cards with circuit training routines but you still need to see the exercise cards to see what she calls some of her exercises, instead of using standard exercise names, she uses her own names and that’s what makes it a bit confusing at first. Once you know what she means then the circuit cards can be carried by themselves.

    Was really excited to pick this up…and now it collects dust. Didn’t like the way these were set up at all…perhaps if you are actually in a fitness related field it would be easy. For someone that works out at home…um, no. Confusing.

  • Jillian has transformed my gym experience amazingly. It is easy, intense and gives me the results that need. I highly recommend this cards. However I must say that if you are a beginner, this might be too much for you. I would say this is a program for a person that is already fit but wants to get to a higher point.
