    Because the gym literally was 15 minutes each way, and when I got there I had to literally wait for machines. Basically, I could do this video at home while I attended to all of my other household things as opposed to leaving the house and dedicating one and a half to two hours of only working out along with a 25-30 minute total commute.

    you dont have to eat dinner by 530 just within 12 hours of waking up usually

    Nice! This is exactly what I needed to see. I’m 29 and have just begun ‘getting in shape’. I’m going on a ‘cleanse’ diet and after that’s over I’m going to start p90x along with my Bikram Yoga routine. My goal is to be in the best shape of my life at 30.

    Great video dude, very inspirational and good editing skills too : )

    yo i have no places in my house to do pullups literally,and i dont have cables,what can i use as substitutes?Or even what exercises can i substitute with?

    ello nice job :D i have p90x also. im 16 i started it but then i stoped cuz of band n school so im busy lol but i plan on doing it again really soon. so did u do it 90 days in a row without a day rest, or did u skip some days? if u can get back to me that would be great!

    yeah sticking to heavy weights and 6-8 reps is also very very important.

    im on 1 month n a half into p90x….i already have amazing results…its hard to stop the drinkin though…i only drink once on the weekend n its moderate…then i come back to tony horton n bring it!!!

    I can’t agree more. The number one question I get by far is “did you follow the diet too?” I have literally gotten hundreds of diet inquiries. Nothing worth doing is easy. You have to do the complete package. No short cuts!

    Why would you back off? If it’s purely a time problem, I’d advise switching to power 90, or just modifying your p90x routine.

    if you want to put on more muscle get more protein and carbs. you can do that by buying either protein powder or shakes. i use the powder (just mix with water) but the skakes taste better. the powder will work better

    I am doing P90X on day 41 it is amazing I increased in stamina, strength and overall performance. But remember guys for losing weight or for in general getting a flat nice body diet is the only way. It doesnt matter how much you exercise if your diet is shit you will not get any results. I eat dinner by 5 pm and after if I get hungry I only eat fruits and vegetables. Trust me you need to go on the diet with P90X as well to get results!

    I am currently on P90X day 41 and it is the real deal real workout not a waste of time like going to the gym and doing the same repetitive routines. With P90X you increase in stamina, strength and overall performance of exercises. You could only do 10 now you could do 20. In order to get abs and the nice fit look you have to do the diet of eating less carbs and also cutting all junk food out and eating dinner by 5:30 pm.I eat fruits and vegetables after if I am hungry.Diet is key or no results!

    I edited the p90x workout to fit my needs. I do not want to lose weight but actually gain another 10-20 pounds!

    I do 8-10 Reps! I am still doing Plyometrics and Cardio twice a week but I am also eating alot!! So far I am only on my 2nd week but I feel great and can see results already!!

    P90X is the real deal I never felt better before in my life!! Its really hard but it pays off!!

    I actually look forward to my workout days!
