P90X Change

Ok…Here we go. This is the change I made in 3 months with a program called P90X. It was the best move I have made in a long time. The physical change is what I was after, but it changed a whole lot more than that! laughoutloudmagic.com

@davidallenmagic wat kind of diet is the p90x

  • davidallenmagic says:

This really works but you gotta work it. What I mean is if you put in the effort and eat the plans they say you WILL get results. These are TOUGH workouts….but give it all ya have and push thru to do them. To sum it up…YES this does work.

  • davidallenmagic says:

Oh that is the best compliment I have had in 20 years! Thank you.

I started reading this book Body By God by Dr Ben Lerner. With that along with the RevAbs workouts….I am really learning about what type of food to eat.
Also…the DVD “Killer at Large” about Obeisity is AWESOME !!

I do not have abs yet but
    I feel great about myself!!!!

  • davidallenmagic says:

    Thank you.

  • davidallenmagic says:

Yea I still do them 6 days a week. Added in some one on ones with Horton and love them.

  • davidallenmagic says:

If you follow the program it really does work!!

  • davidallenmagic says:

Actually this video was shot by my tiny camera and put together on my Mac computer at home by me. P90X had nothing to do with it. I just love the program. Been two years now and I still do the X 6 days a week.

This video was definitely produced by the P90X company. The thing about most workout programs (pills and gimmicky roller things aren’t workout programs) is that they work….IF YOU FOLLOW THE PROGRAM.

P90X seems legit because they’re not promising 20lbs or weight loss in a week by strapping on an ab belt for 3 mins a day. You’re doing compound exercises with resistance everyday for 3 months! I’m sure if you follow it you’re bound to see results.

I am starting this soon.. I was A wrestler for 8 years.. I’m 26 now.. I’m 5’10 and weight about 175.. I’ve gained 30lbs since high school. I know how bad it can get, so i’m going to do something about it..

If anyone is going to start this soon i’ll be your partner through it.. Keep updated on results, give tips for eating and stuff like that. Keep each other motivated.. thank you

You can adjust the program from high reps low weight to low reps high weight. But it does have a high impact factor to it.

  • dkrasney says:

you know…good for you man! i am in my first phase of this workout and i really love how inspired you are. good luck in your continued success with the working out and keeping your diabities under control. my father is a diabetic and he has too many join and bone problems to do this type of workout but he encourages me to do it in hopes that i will never have to deal with the crap he has had to because of the diabities. its a challenging program, but the results and life changes are great

  • digittydog says:

Is the workout hard on your wrists and hand joints like a bodybuilding program? I play guitar seriously and excessive weight on fingers, etc. combined with alot of practice leads to repetitive stress injuries.

    your smile is really contagious.
