    You should def try the elitefts bands they r awesome I bought one and works for everything from aid to pullups to legs workouts.

    it’s on the BeachBody website, all their supplements are bit overpriced though. That’s how they keep making money after you buy their program. I’m not trying to bash them, but it’s just the way marketing works.

    Thanks! Sounds like you have the diet under control so the best way to attack this program would be to purchase it and just go for it! The reason people do P90X over and over again is because they love the workouts and are always looking to improve their fitness.

    thanks for the video …very helpful…i already go to the gym and play hockey…I am Canadian….lol….i am 6’0″ and weigh around 245lbs….what is the best way for me to attack this program??? ..i eat very healthy 6 days a week with a cheat day thrown in and take proteins and vitamins..no supplements …i am looking to lose weight and get more defined….i see that alot of people do the program over and over??? is regular maintenace after 90 days not enough???

    where can i buy the supplements from? i just started p90x yesterday, and im drinking muscle milk, do youthink muscle milk will work? or should i change to something else? also as far as eating do i have to hold back on some foods or can i eat regular meals. thanks i appreaciate the help.

    The only way to look like arnold is to lift heavy weights for years. Drinking the protein shake isn’t going to make you big and bulky.

    Overall, yes it will help the cheeks slim down. When you burn fat, it is impossible to choose where the fat comes off first. Your body will burn fat from wherever it is most needed first.

    during the p90x process will it help you lose weight off the face as well as your body. For ex. if you have chubby cheeks will the p90x help them slim down?

    If you want to just use the bands for lat pull downs then you don’t need the pull up bar. But if you want to build strength then I suggest a pullup bar.

    I typically spend about 30-50 bucks per week for food so its not too bad.
