@eichler34 Nah man maybe 5, which is still a ton. Mostly what happened is he lost a lot of fat, that shows off the muscle more.
Nice results man … how well did you follow the nutrition guide? did you do anything else?

This has to be the best transformation I’ve seen. You only followed the program and didn’t double up or triple up on the workouts? Looks like about 25 lbs of muscle gain which is through the roof.

Erm, keep in mind that his bodyfat percentage on day 1 is very low.
I reckon’ he has around 12-13% over there, on day 90 he has a mere 7 or 8 %.
Bodybuilders focus on 6-8% or even less (if possible).
Definition and the visual aspect of your muscles are easier shown without all the bodyfat.
Still: Great results!
